Ryan is cycling the exact route taken by Lee when he set the TransEurope Guinness World Record.


Starting from Nordkapp in Norway he travels through Finland, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain to Tarifa in Gibraltar, covering 4200 miles.


Followers are able to track his progress here using the Live FollowMyChallenge Tracker, and keep up to date as he records, en route, a documentary to further promote mental health and suicide prevention.

Nordkapp (Norway) to Tarifa (Gibraltar)

On July 10th 2019 Ryan Anderton will be setting off from Nordkapp, the most northern point of Europe to cycle over 4200 miles through 12 countries, in approximately 20 days, in order to raise funds for the Lee Fancourt Mental Health Fund.


Last year Ryan embarked on a 42 day 4800 Mile cycle ride around the coast of Britain for Mind as well as previously cycling LEJOG for Andys Man Club.


Ryan cycles because he finds that it helps his mental well-being after many years suffering with suicidal tendancies and behavioural challenges.
